David Mugridge

Strategic Business Advisor, Leadership Coach & Executive Mentor.

I am a former Royal Navy Officer who has been focused upon the Energy Sector for the last 15 years, having retired from a demanding and operationally focused frontline career.

I use my substantial experience of military operations and ethos to provide strategic-level Business Advice (including Risk Management & Executive Coaching) and training the next generation to deliver on their full potential. I consult across four continents, as illustrated by my recent work with law enforcement institutions in the Middle East and providing business advice in South East Asia. In my spare time I am an adjunct Faculty Member at the IE Business school in Madrid.

In my free time I am a widely travelled, lesser half of a dynamic, adventurous, nomadic couple and family. I am also an advocate and supporter of Veteran Causes.
